I have the same issue Christine had 2 months ago. I don't know how to log a support request.

I have updated Studio 2024, uninstalled and reinstalled Language Weaver several times, but I still cannot use the Language Weaver MT plugin as I used to, and I really need it.
Could you please help me?

Sorry to hear that. Can you confirm you are using the latest plugin from https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/240 ?

In order to open a case for your issue, you either need to have a Support Agreement and login in RWS Support Gateway or create a new post, and we can create a case from that post. From this post, that was started by Christine, we cannot open a case on your behalf.

I do have the latest version of Language Weaver.

I upgraded my Trados Studio Licence from 2021 to 2024 in order to keep support coverage, but I do not have a specific Support and Maintenance Agreement, so I cannot log in to ask for support. It is quite shameful because I should be able to use the full capacities of Trados without having to pay €149 extra. I will try to browse the community posts again to search for a solution

Can you confirm if you have any error messages before the crash of Trados Studio? 

Since this would qualify as an installation issue, we offer Support for it. However, a new post needs to be opened/created so we can log a case for it.

After trying again, I realized it was just the way to log in that was different from what I was used to (the moment I need to select between RWS ID SSO, Federated SSO, User credentials and API credentials).

I successfully logged in and I now have my file MT translated

Hi Chloé,

I do not have a specific support agreement, but after some days somebody from the help desk called me and took control on my laptop and managed to solve the issue. About 2 weeks after I had the same issue again, I removed Language Weaver and downloaded it again, and it seems it works now. Hope this help. Christine
