Generic NMT appears to be working, but I have error message 'an error has occured while using the translation provider Machine Translation: Language Cloud engine not found'

Question

I'm using Trados 2021. I think I have the above error message because I'm using an old template. I'm unsure how to get rid of the error message. Thanks very much for any suggestions.

Hi Delaina Haslam , 
 Please ensure you create a new project template if you're using an old one from previous versions. You can also create a project and use the default template for the moment, to see if the error is coming from the provider in the template. 
 Also, which one is giving errors, cloud- based engine or Language Weaver app? 
 
 Based on your response, we can dig in deeper into the issue and help further.
