When accessing a file as part of a translation project, I was shown an error message saying SDL Language Cloud could not be accessed and had been disabled. I have tried following the advice on other forum entries by removing and reinstating SDL Language Cloud, with the effect that it has been removed and it is now impossible to add it once more as no language pairs are specified for my SDL language cloud (should be German to English).
Please advise.
OK everyone, the boffins at SDL have kindly refrained from answering just yet to give me the opportunity to sort this one out myself and reclaim a modicum of dignity: SDL is converting Language Cloud to 'Weaver' currently and you'll need the relevant plug-in to carry on using the free NMT:

After having downloaded and installed, restart, go to project settings as per normal to add NMT and a new option "SDL Machine Translation Cloud" will now appear at the bottom of the list. Click on this and Robert is your father's brother.
If a community mod could confirm this I would be really grateful.

Thanks for sharing. I am experiencing the same problem with Language Cloud. However, I am not able to log in with my sdl user in order to download Language Weaver Cloud as clicking the Download button will ask me to log in again in an endless loop. If you had the same problem, how did you work around this?

Sorry to hear you're having these issues: Fortunately for me I did not experience the login problem you have described so could download the plug-in first time. I guess you may have to start another thread so a support case can be logged to solve the login issue first. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, and good luck!
