Are you using SDL Machine Translation Cloud (from the App store) or Language Cloud (out of the box?)
Perhaps you could share a screenshot of your settings please.

I'm sharing the screenshots, it's SDL Language cloud, and the message I get. I also defined Eng>Hebrew as my default pair. Thank you.

Dear Steven,
Thank you very much. I had the app "SDL Machine Translation Cloud" from the app store and it worked, but after 2 weeks I got an email that the free trial is over. I don't mind buying but can't find where to buy. I can no longer download the app from the app store: it seems like it doesn't have my version ( I have 2021 16.0.2.3343 and the store only has 4.2.2.0), I downloaded it anyway but it didn't recognize my version. Please see image below. Hope there's a solution. Thanks again.
