MultiTerm Extract - Export fail

Export fails in MultiTerm Extract 2024.

Product version: MultiTerm Extract 2024

Workflow:

  1. Import bilingual XML file.

  2. Validate terms.

  3. Select Export > XML.

  4. Confirm the export settings and click OK/Finish.

Expected result:
The validated terms are exported to an XML file.

Issue:
The export window closes immediately without any error message, and no XML file is generated.

Troubleshooting already performed:

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled MultiTerm Extract 2024.

  • Repeated the process with the same XML file.

  • The issue persists.

Could you please advise how to export the validated terms correctly, or whether there are any known issues with XML export in MultiTerm Extract 2024?

Thanks.
