Hello everyone, I am a new buyer of sdl passolo 2016, and have some problems on the addins, the Delphi/c++ Builder, excel parser, java file, Microsoft, ODBC Database parser and sdl trados studio all present an state error.
Can anyone help me to solve this?

The fact that all add-ins are in error state usually indicates an installation problem which should be analyzed by the support team. Of course it is not necessary to call the tech support to find out which parser is included and which one is optional. This is listed in the Passolo file formats document that can be downloaded from the SDL website.

May I ask what was in that reponse to case 00304076? I have the same problem (in Passolo 2018) and no support contract. Thank you in advance.
Hi Alyona Laskarzhevskaya, Excel, .NET, Delphi and Java are extra addins which need to be added the license to work. If you do not have a license for them then they will show as an error and message Requested feature not available.
