Passolo keeps crashing while localisation

I am working on localisation in mulitiple languages, and Passolo is crashing without saving my changes, even though I did save them before. No error message appears, explaining what's the problem. 

We are using Passolo 2022.

Usually, we have these problems when working in Homeoffice via VPN because our Passolo projects are not stored locally, they are stored on a server. But this time I am in the office and I even tried working on a local copy of the project I am working on. But the problem remains.

    unfortunately, I'll not be able to solve your issue. :( But some additional questions and thoughts, which might help, to investigate the issue further.

    1.) What action are you making, right before Passolo crashes? Opening a .lpu? Updating string list? Creating target files? ...
    2.) Does Passolo crash on other PCs with the same .lpu, too? Or is it a local issue on your PC?
    3.) Does Passolo crash with another .lpu, too?
    4.) Did you have a look at the Windows event log? If Passolo crashes, there should be related entries. Maybe, they can help to get a little closer to the cause of the issue.

    Btw., which exact version are you working with? Is it 22.0.247.0, which is - as far as I know - the most current version.

    Nils already provided some useful hints to narrow down the problem. I would recommend logging a case into the support portal at https://gateway.rws.com/csm so that our support engineers can help you. 

    Without further, possibly more time-consuming analysis of the problem, it will probably not be possible to find and solve the cause of the problem here in the forum.
