Why is your project manager exporting several tbulic files from one translation project? This is not best practice. Passolo can export multiple files into one single tbulic and then you can open up all files in one editor view.

I was not accurate. I should have said: there are several translation projects for the same product. You can imagine that this product consists of several components, and each component is in one translation project. They are independent components (projects), but they belong to one product. We had one project before but we had to break it down, because it kept on crushing during the pre-translation process.

I now found out that you can run a search in multiple files in a folder in the "Find in Projects" dialog. Is there any way to call this dialog from the Translation View with a shortcut key? It seems I have to select File --> Find in Projects. 

You can open multiple tbulic files in Passolo and activate that Other Opened Projects are searched when looking for Fuzzy Translation and Concordance:

You also can create a new shortcut for Find in Projects. Right-click the ribbon and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar. Click on Customize near Keyboard shortcuts. Select All Commands in the left list than search and select Find in Projects in the right list. Now move the cursor to the Press new shortcut key entry field and press the key combination you want to assign.

We already tried opening multiple tbulic files and activating Other Opened Projects, but it seems that is not working for us. It does not suggest anything from the other tbulic file which are open "on the background". Any idea why it's not working for us?

I tested it and it works, so would expect it to be a settings issue. Maybe log a case and support helping you find the right settings.
