Passolo 2015 Professional fails to load the Microsoft .Net Parser: "Requested feature is not available".

Question

Hi, 
 Did a fresh install of Passolo 2015, with a Professional license. 
 In the Add-ins list, I get an error on the Microsoft .Net Parser: "Requested feature is not available": 
 
 What am I missing?? 
 Ran Passolo update to latest version: 15.1.371.0. 
 Have .Net Framework versions 1 thru 4.5.2 installed. 
 Functions under license in "About Passolo' cite the .Net Parser (but grayed out). 
 Severe problem that needs resolution!

Hi Daniel, 
My local reseller just updated me that he indeed contacted SDL support, and apparently they amended my Passolo license.

Can you log a support ticket and look at this with our support engineers? This is usually the fastest route to resolution.
