Can you check and share the version of GroupShare 2020 server you are trying to work with?

My understanding is that older versions of GS 2020 server could have issues with authentication on it and consequently not being able to work with resources there.

Have tested the Trados 2026  being able to connect and use resources on GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU 8.1 - if GroupShare account is used for authentication.

Hence, my question above is answered and feedback may not be that relevant .... as my testing environment is on an older build.

Yes, you are right. It was due to the update to CU15. We reverted to the previous version (GS 2020 SR1 CU12) because the installation encountered errors and was not working correctly. T
