Today one of my collegues reported me the following issue after trying to check out one of our Groupshare projects using the online editor.
It is possible to check it out using trados studio desktop (we are using 2022).

Victor Hernandez : I had a lengthy support call with RWS today and this is apparently a known issue which occurs because the Online Editor's BCM format does not support nested track changes, while the XLIFF format in Trados Studio does. The only 'fix' available for now is to accept or reject all track changes in the file in Trados, then it will be openable again in the Online Editor, but this is obviously not a real solution.
They have informed me they will be prioritizing a fix.

I can confirm that acccepting or rejecting all track changes solves the issue. We are able to open the document again in the Groupshare online editor.
