I am working (as a freelancer) with a Workzone Vendor List to accept jobs. When accepting reviews and the job comes available through GroupShare, I keep getting e-mails saying Flies are ready for you, immediately followed by Assignment removed.
Any idea why this happens?

To be able to dig into this further, we need to know the following details:
1. The Trados GroupShare application version: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0026418.
2. Are there other colleague users, working with Workzone Vendor List, that encounter the same issue or are you the only one?
3. Is the same issue happening when working without the Workzone Vendor List? Let's say a project manager assigns a file to you - the assignment should not be removed and the email notifications should come through.
4. The Trados GroupShare log files, especially the ApplicationService/NotificationService files might be helpful in this case: C:\ProgramData\SDL\Service\Logs. These files are available on the server where Trados GroupShare is installed.
5. If the Customer has a paid SMA (Software and Maintenance assistance contract) with us, they are advised to raise a ticket with us: https://gateway.rws.com/csm .
