While updating Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 to SR2 we run into an issue with chef dependency that reads as follows

We are aware that this type of error has been encountered on previous version and addressed in previous posts.
We’ve tried to:
- Change the language of the server to English
- Create “Everyone” group
- Verify access for “Everyone” and the localized equivalent to the folder C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDLServer1\RaptorDB
- Modified the chef recipe and replaced srv_user for the everyone group, and its localized version.
- Uninstalled GroupShare and clean installed Trados GroupShare 2020 SR2 and SR1
- Installed on a new machine
- Verified password ASCII chars under first 127
None of this has worked
