Thank you for writing to the community. Please try to recreate the connection to GroupShare from Studio. In order to do so, please follow the below steps:

Files - Setup - Servers Delete the existing connection and create a new one by using the "Add" button.

As a side note, please make sure that you have set the relevant port with your integration (80 or 443)- depending on if you have SSL certificate or not.

Also, make sure you don't have multiple connections created for the same GroupShare instance.

Hi Paul,

Many thanks for your reply!

I've created a new connection but still no luck. The connection goes straight to "offline" when I try to check out the file(s) and the error message appears.

And I don't think I have multiple connections created for the same GroupShare instance.

Anything else you can think of that I can try?
