Do you have any best practice for assigning reference files in GroupShare?
I cannot move the reference files into any stage in Studio, hence I cannot assign them to my translators.
They have right to view all files (including reference files) in the project but they cannot check out the reference files because they are not assigned to them.

On the subject of best practices regarding reference files:
- To add a reference file (local TM or Multiterm, AutoSuggest dictionary, source files, etc.) to an existing project just drag and drop it in the (target!) File view.
- Once you've checked these files in you cannot delete them anymore. What you can do, however, is to check them out, replace them with updated versions or leave them locked for other users.
