I am working on a project witha colleague on a project, published on groupshare, and I can't see her saved segments and she can't see mines.
We are using several TM, (anyTM) and update is ticked for the one we want to get updated but it does not seem to work. We relaunched and asked for the last version on the server whitout any succes. We are working with the cloud groupshare version
Any ideao of the issue?
We are sorry that no one provided an answer on community, but if you are a GroupShare Cloud subscriber you also have SMA for Cloud and could reach support faster, for such problems.
Based on your description, it should work as expected and updates from two translators on the same project should be seen without problems (unless the same Translation units get updated in the TM or get overwritten)
In the end if this continues to be an issue, it would be really good if it can be sent to support so they can sort it out. Do you remember if you had duplicated file versions on the same project?
