Thank you for your feedback.
The installation of the new CU4 changed my web configuration in C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Server\Platform\web.config.
All the entries regarding the connection through SSL (HTTPS://) were back to standard (disabled) and I had to edit them again.
Now it's working again.
-> Luis, maybe this should be mentioned somewhere in the installation notes (that the new installation would put the web.config file back to standard configuration).
