Hello, I am trying to activate my license on my new laptop but it does not work. I tried to deactivate the licence on my Thanold laptop a few times but failed. I tried to activate on the new laptop and got the message: Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. I am really stuck... Could you please help me? Thanks in advance!

The reset is done from your RWS Account, you have a single user license, you can activate it only on one computer. The activation should be done on the computer where the license is, the reset can be done from any computer, because it is done from the RWS Account in the web browser.
