I try to deactivate offline (because I can't reset the license anymore, after 3 times in the last year), but I get the message: 'An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.' I've tried 3 times. What should I do now? Trados 2024 won't start, it's deactivated.
