Hello everyone,
I have a perpetual license for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus which I’d need to transfer to a new computer after my previous hardware suddenly crashed.
My only license still displays as active in my account, so I’d need to deactivate it first.
However, my older PC can’t even be turned on anymore, so I can’t do that offline, and the online deactivation procedure doesn't work either.
So, to sum up: I need to deactive the older license and reactivate/relicense the software in my new computer.
