As an account manager looking after our RWS tools, I need help resetting a license on a remote computer that the translator cannot deactivate herself.

I'm trying to reset a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license ending in 73200.  The translator seems to have installed another version of Trados over the one I loaned to her, so now she doesn't seem to be able to generate a Deactivation Certificate that I could use for an offline deactivation.  Could I ask RWS to reset the license on their side? Thank you.

Corrected title.
