Hi all,
I have a perpetual license for Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus, and I need to do a reinstall following a catastrophic PC crash and subsequent Windows reinstall.
I have my original invoice and activation code. However I don't see any information in my account page relating to my licence.
I'd be eternally grateful if someone could help with setting up TS2019.

You can download and install Studio 2019 from this link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2019/SR1/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR1_CU3_55768.zip
Then, try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
After your licenses shows as Available in your account, activate your license offline as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
In case you have Windows 11 installed, follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
