Urgent help needed! After I renamed my computer, Studio 2022 FL Plus requires activation of licence. When I enter the activation code, I get error message "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code".When I tried to deactivate the licence online, error message says "No licences are currently available for the specified activation code. Open connection settings?". My Internet connection is ok. When I tried to activate offline, error message: "Failed to validate offline. The specified activation certificate may not be valid. Validate your activation certificate against the certificate in your account". When trying to deactivate on my RWS account, error message: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request." SDL sent an offline deactivation ticket (a half-page of numbers and letters) but no instructions about how to proceed. I'm desperate, a client's deadline is nearing and it's a Studio package ...

How can I get Studio to work again?
