I own a perpetual licence for Trados Studio 2021 but my laptop crashed and so I could not return the licence. I don't have any support countract I don't have a support contract. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? Thanks a lot in advance
You have a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license, which allows you to use the activation code on two separate computers, and as you can see in the screenshot below, one of the activation fulfilments is Available, which means you can activate Trados and use this free one. After both activation fulfilments will appear In Use, you can reset the older one to free it for future use:
