You don't own a license for Trados 2022 linked to the gmail you used for this forum, so you cannot activate a license you don't have.

I cannot find any license linked to your email.

A license code is found in the RWS Account if you own a perpetual license, and if you have a subscription you don't have a code, it activates via the email you are using with the subscription.

Perhaps provide more details as what you are trying to do,

Kindly do not try to post too many times in a brief period of time, the system will block you.

I have verified your account and I cannot find a license linked to your email or a purchase linked to your email used here on the Community forum.

In order to be able to use a license for Trados, you need to purchase Trados. Trados is not free to use.

If you actually own and have purchased a license, then you need to Login to the account and with the email you used when you created the account where the license is.

The account you created with the gmail you are using in the forum actually was created in June, you cannot possibly own a Trados 2022 license on this account since we no longer sell them since Trados 2024 was released.
