Installing 2024 on Computer with 2022. Activation Code Requested. Licences Page Not Working

Question

I installed Trados 2024 on my laptop with an installation of Trados 2022 on it. 
 It asked for an activation code. When I went to the website and the Licences page didn't load. 
 I deinstalled Trados 2022, and the same thing happened. 
 As far I can remember, I've only needed to deactivate and reactivate before when changing computers, not versions. 
 I've installed the recommended licence manager, restarted and I'm still being asked for an activation code. 
 Licences page doesn't work on Firefox or Edge on PC or laptop. Both are running the latest version of Windows with the latest updates. 
 RWS, please e-mail an activation code I can use or a patch to resolve the issue.
