I have a new computer, the old one broke down. On that old computer was activated the license for SDL Trados 2021. Now I would like to activate this license on my new computer but it does not work. There is no license available. Usually 2 licenses are activated on two different computers. I tried to deactivate offline but without success. There is an error message asking me to fill in a support request.
Please can you help me on that ?
