I had to change my computer. However, after installing the App, i logged in to my account to get the activation code.
I tried to activate it but a pop up says: "Activation Failed. Could not connect to the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
Kindly assist me urgently as i am stuck with work.

You have a SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license, there is no 2016 among Trados products.
Please keep in mind that Trados 2019 is an older version, no longer supported technically and by engineering since December 2022 and it may not work as expected on latest Windows and other third party software.
We advise using offline activation for it, as it works better:

Also if you are on Windows 11, Trados 2019 was not tested on it so it may not work as expected. If you have Windows 11 try the following steps:
In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try again offline activation.
