I have paid to get Trados twice, in 2014 and 2021. The last time, they said it was for ever but now, it's been impossible to activate my account and have a translation job pending. What should I do? I have the information of the account, can anybody help me?
Yes, the license is permanent. Is it possible that you forgot to deactivate the license from an old computer? Can you log into your RWS account? If you can, you might need to reset your license. Please see the following links and determine if they apply to your circumstance.
