Hello,
After the MultiTerm issue was resolved, I noticed another issue that may have the same root cause.
Trados Studio 2024 works normally and the license is active, but whenever I try to deactivate the license, I get:
Failed to install RMS license string (Error ID: 210143).
The deactivation never completes successfully and the license remains active.
Since the previous issue was caused by the Windows username containing non-Latin characters, could you please confirm whether Error 210143 might be related to the same limitation? or how can I solve this issue?
