Previous upgrades (e.g., Trados Studio 2022 to 2024) did not require deactivation of the previous version before installing the newest version. However, Trados 2026 requires deactivation of the previous version's license. Does this mean that I will lose the ability to use previous versions after installing Trados Studio 2026? If so, the risks seem too great. There are always bugs, compatibility issues (loss of support for .sdltb termbases!), and so on. I'd appreciate a human response. Thank you.
