2026 installation hangs, apparently at "Accept EULA" , on Win 11 PC

Hi,

It seems my wife returned her Trados 2024 license, and when installing Trados 2026 on a Windows 11 PC,
the installation gets stuck at “Accept EULA” (or something like that). This means ongoing customer projects can't be worked on until
the support team resumes work at the start of the working week.

I'd appreciate any advice that anyone can implement without expert knowledge.

Should you have any queries, do not hesitate to ask.

EDIT: From what I understand, installing a trial version of 2024 on another computer is a good idea, but not really an option in our case due to our translation and revision workflows involving two people/computers.

But I will suggest this workaround to her.

EDIT 2: Now I hear that she does indeed have a valid 2024 license. Maybe the case is a bit less critical then.

Best,

Sebastian
