Cannot deactivate both Freelance Plus licenses

Hi, 
 
 I would like to request deactivation of both my Freelance Plus licenses. I have clicked reset license, but this only worked for one of them and is not visible anymore. As I unfortunately do not have access to the other installation anymore, I would like to request deactivation/reset of the remaining active license. I may then use them again when needed, or request removal of my RWS account as I will discontinue my freelancing services in the near future and won't need the software anymore. If you may help me reset/deactive my licenses, it would be much appreciated.
