Hi, I have a new computer and urgently need to transfer my subscription from my old computer to the new one. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old computer and therefore cannot deactivate the subscription there.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed or reset the subscription so that I can activate it on my new computer?
