Product license deactivated

Question

On opening Trados and logging in, I get the message below, after which Trados closes and is threfeore not accessible: 
 
 "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product."

 Do you have anything else there in the dropdown where you select the subscription?
