I have to trasfer Trados Strudio 2021 on a new PC. Deactivation online doesn't work. When I triy the offline one and copy the code in the field, I get this error message: "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your account".

Please try to reset the license from your account as indicated in the article below:

After you reset it, you can activate it on the new computer. Please let me know if you need more assistance and reply to the post.
