You need to Login here, you have a perpetual license not a subscription:

and if you cannot deactivate the license, please reset it as indicated in the below article: 

gateway.rws.com/csm

You need to select which of the two activation fulfilments you wish to reset after you click the Reset license button, since you have a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license.

Please let me know if you managed to reset and activate it again.

Yes, I tried dozens of times.

Did you use the gmail to login or the biomedical email?

Because the login needs to be done with the biomedicaltrad.it email, the gmail does not have rights to login and be administrator for your account.

Great, I was using the wrong email. Now I could access my account but the deactivation authorization I created does not work. It says it is invalid. And for some unknow reason it is not possible to deactivate online.

As I mentioned already, if you cannot deactivate it, please reset it:
