It is urgent as I need my licence to work.

Please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:

Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate on your new PC.
If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let me know and I will submit a case with our technical team for you.

I have deactivated my license, downloaded Trados application on my new device and activated it again.
Everything is working fine again.
