I have lost the Trados licence again because of the latest update on my Apple computer, Tahoe 26.5.1. I have contacted Apple to complain about this issue, as I have had to install all my programs from scratch. I would be very grateful if you could reset my Trados licence again, please.
I noticed you own a Trados Freelance Plus 2021 version and you still have an extra activation available:
You just need to copy paste the license code from your RWS account--> Licenses tab and activate the program again.

Hi Ana,
Thank your for your reply. I would still need the second licence re-activated as I will be using both licence in the near future. I have tried to activate the licence and it comes up with the following error. I have also checked the internet connection and it is working fine. See screenshot further down. 
Please try the offline activate as indicated here How to activate your Trados Studio perpetual license offline, and ,et me know if works.
