Hello,
I have a Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license.
I had an Error ID 653 while trying to deactivate my license. The old computer now shows the license as deactivated, but the activation server still reports it as in use.
I cannot activate it on my new computer because I have already reached the limit of three license resets within 12 months.
Could you please perform a manual reset of my license so I can activate it on my new computer? I need to work on my project today!!
