Perpetual license 2024 can't be reset anymore, I need help!!

 Trados Studio 2024. 
 I can't reset anymore my perpetual license 2024, 
 Today, I don't know why, when I open the Studio 2024, "license expired". I logged in on rws portal, 1 license is in use. 
 so I tried to reset the license but I can't reset because I have requested more than 3 times in 12 months. 
 I can't deactivate offline either because I can't find anywhere the deactivation certificate. 
 I am trying over 1 hour, I have 2 projects to submit by Monday...
