I have a new laptop. Studio (version 2022) tells me both my licenses are active. Can you please deactivate one so I can activate it on my laptop?

You can reset it yourself from the RWS account - please see the article below:

Since you have a Plus license, you need to select one of the two fulfilments and then reset it.
After which you can activate the license and reset the other one as well.
