Please try to access "Licenses and subscriptions"  page from another browser to see if it works. From there use the Reset License button to reset you license and then try to activate your license offline on the new PC as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784

In case you have Windows 11 installed on the new PC, follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).

In Edge the "Licenses and subscriptions" page opens instantly, showing my Studio 2019 license. However there is no Reset button...

For a moment I thought I had it sussed with the offline activiation. Studio and Multiterm installed and loaded fine, but Studio gave me two error messages:

"The type initializer for 'Sdl.Enterprise2.Studio.Platform.Client.IdentityModel.IdentityInfoCache' threw an exception"

and

"Failed to add window command bar extensions."

After the 2nd message Studio shut down. Now when I try to restart Studio, the 2nd message keeps appearing and Studio quits...
