What Windows are you using?

Please make sure you have administrator rights for the computer and that your antivirus does not block the downloaded file for Trados.

The file is a .exe file and it might get blocked. Also, make sure the file downloaded completely, otherwise it won't start the installation process and may give errors.

Please delete the file you downloaded and start a new download for the installer, wait until it is 100% downloaded and then right click on the file and select Run as Administrator.

And see if now the installation starts.
