How can I find my Trados product to download it and install it again after a malfunction of my laptop?

After my laptop broke down, the Trados software disappeared, and now I have to reinstall it so I can get back to work. When I log into my RWS account, there’s no software to download, no license—nothing!; it’s all empty.
I don’t understand what could have happened, and I need to reinstall my Trados software so I can get back to work as soon as possible.
