I get the same message. And Language Weaver is not available in my Trados Team instance, while I do have an active Trados Team LW subscription. Was this ever resolved for you?

Please make sure you are added as a user in Language Weaver as well, not just in Trados Team - as these are two different platforms and having access to Trados Team does not mean you automatically have to LW as well. You need administrator rights for Language Weaver in order to add users - just like one needs administrator rights in Trados Team to add users.

I cannot verify if you have such rights because this is not a topic you started and I cannot check your email, but you can verify with the person who is your company account administrator for Trados Team and they can add you to LW.

Hi Anca,

I have a Trados Team subscription that includes Language Weaver. It used to work just fine, but recently Trados Team refused to connect to Language Weaver. I also didn't have access to the LW portal, and I am the company account administrator. I have asked my contact at RWS and she had a support person reset the connection. I can now log in to the LW portal and was able to re-establish the connection with Language Weaver from Trados Team. Hopefully this was a one-time issue.
