Trados Studio 2024 does not open after initiating applications

I have read the thread of previous posts and tried everything but have still not been able to resolve the problem.

C/ - Users / -> my name/ - > AppData / -> Roaming / -> Trados / -> Trados Studio -> / Studio 18 

does not contain .NET file

It contains only:

logs

User Profiles

BaseSettings

plugincache

UserSettings
