Thank you for your reply  I now appear to have reset my licence but I am basing this opinion solely on the fact that the reset option has disappeared from the lcence page. However, I still cannot reactivate the licence however hard I try, so I still need help.

For Trados 2019 we advise using the offline activation, currently both your activation fulfilments are Available:

 If the activation continues to fail, please reply to the technical team when they contact you and inform them of what you have tried so far.
