Hello,
Our users are getting this message popping up every time they launch Trados 2024. They can hit "OK" and its fine but has been happening for the last week.
Is there a process to get this to stop popping up each time the application is launched?
A reset might help you with this. To do this just close Trados Studio and then delete these folders:
%appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\
%appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\
You will lose your plugins, and also your settings, but your projects and other resources will remain untouched. Putting the plugins back is trivial via the integrated appstore.
If you can't find these folders then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:
Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.

It doesen't seems to help. We facing the same Issue with Studio 2024 (18.1.3.6657).
Is this a known issue or are there any other known configurations which cause the issue?
There was no change on the Server or the Client Tool Side, but it appears to happen on all clients since a couple of days.

This usually happens if you have a Trial Network license, approaching the expiry / end date, activated on the server where the users are connected.
If this is the case you need to deactivate that trial license and everything will be back to normal, the Product Activation window will not show anymore.
