Installed Trados Studio 2021 on a new PC (no problems on my old PC), seemed to install fine but when I double-click the desktop shortcut nothing happens. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, same thing. Restarted the PC, same thing. Tried running Trados Freshstart, and it ALSO installs but does not run. Very strange, any ideas?

Via a remote session we noticed some .NET errors in the Event viewer after Trados Studio failed to start.
We managed to solve the issue by Uninstalling the Visual C++ 2015 module installed on your computer, we then downloaded and install the Visual C++ 2012, 2013 and 2015 (x86), we then Disabled the .NET from Control Panel and re-enabled it to fix issues that might be related to the .NET, Uninstalled Studio 2021 and restarted the computer. After the restart we installed Studio 2021 again and it started without any issues.
